"Grab Your Partner!"

The editing process is challenging for young writers.  A second set
 of eyes, conversation, and
encouragement can make a positive difference.

Matching a 5th grader with a Kindergartener
to help create some original artwork..."works well!"

Indeed, together is better!

The great thing about having partners is
that everyone's invited to make their contribution!

So, look to others for ideas and then ask questions
because being "open" to new insights keeps learning fun.

Pupils with that kind of "spirit" have positive energy.

Learners who dream & set goals for themselves
can be an inspiration...but often they don't even realize it!

Partnerships benefit us in so many ways.

Hello History!

Parkside can look back at history filled with busy days of learning, exploring, and serving that our students
were involved in & made happen!
It's such a sense of pride:

A Night to Remember

Hats off to members of our Student Lighthouse
Team for speaking on "Take Five for the Community."

Thanks to Mr. Arvin Hawkins at WAKO Radio for
giving them the opportunity to invite the community to
join us at Parkside & celebrate "Family Reading Night."
Few can resist an evening of fun at this annual event!
Guests were invited to "Camp Out with a Good Book."
Activities and fun at every turn....
Hearing music, lots of kids headed to the "Book Walk."

Who doesn't love having the chance to win a new book"
There were games to play, with
help from pupils on the Student Lighthouse Team.
Some folks decided to get a photo, before heading home.
Feeling "crafty?"  We had you covered...
Thanks to all who joined us...it's truly a family affair!
