On Her Way!

Muriel Brumley's studying for a
 master's degree in  speech-language pathology.

Our very very own Mrs. Wood (left) and
Mrs. Phillips
(center) mentored Miss Brumley while she
completed clinical hours at Parkside during the first
semester.
It was wonderful having her at our school!
Merry Christmas & best wishes.

In the Hallways

December days are filled with lessons...
and fun opportunities shared with others.
Games of strategy, yes!
Any help needed is always a top priority.
We're always dressed for success!
Gabby even made some new "fishy" friends.
This busy time of the year is never
complete without holiday songs and carols!
We're proud of each & every pupil!
Enjoy the 2nd & 3rd grade performance:

There's no doubt about it:

Oh Deer!

Celebrating "The 12 Days of Christmas?"
With our very own reindeer...oh yes.
Sightings in the Computer Lab!
Reindeer on the playground too.
Some spotted in our 4th Grade wing.....
#FACT:  Antlers do not appear on young
reindeer until four or five months of age.

Sunday Smile

 Nothing's better than
 having
fun with our loved ones.
All students were invited and we want to give a special
 "shout out" to
pupils who teamed up and went on to complete
"FAMILY B-I-N-G-O!"
Mrs. Zehner, Mrs. Hayes, and Mr. Wood
presented them with "goodies" and congratulations.

Did You Know?

Parkside Elementary has two special veterans!
Mrs.Newlin currently serves in the Air Force Reserves.  It  established in 1948 under President Harry S. Truman.

Mrs. Dining was a member of the U.S. Air Force.  She worked
to create flight helmets for pilots and crew members.
"We don't know them all
but we owe them all."

Enjoy the 4th Graders' salute to our veterans:
