Mary Had a Little Lamb

 Mary Had a Little Lamb
Mary had a little lamb, little lamb, little lamb,
Mary had a little lamb,
Its fleece was white as snow.

And everywhere that Mary went, Mary went, Mary went,
And everywhere that Mary went,
The lamb was sure to go.

He followed her to school one day-
That was against the rule,
It made the children laugh and play,
To see a lamb at school.

And so the Teacher turned him out,
But still he lingered near,
And waited patiently about,
Till Mary did appear.

And then he ran to her, and laid
His head upon her arm,
As if he said- "I'm not afraid-
You'll keep me from all harm."

"What make the lamb love Mary so?"
The eager children cry-
"O, Mary loves the lamb, you know,"
The Teacher did reply;-

                                                    "And you each gentle animal
                                                          In confidence may bind,
And make them follow at your call,
                                                          If you are always kind."

Jimmy Jhon, Jimmy Jhon!

Jimmy Jhon, Jimmy Jhon
Just went out to mow the lawn.
He thought he saw a snake.
Ahh!  He beat it with a rake.
But it was really a fake snake
His son did make, to scare him!
His son loved to make art.

Baa Baa Black Sheep

Baa, baa black have you any wool?
Yes sir, yes sir
Three bags full.
One for my master.
And one for his dame.
And one for the little boy who lives down the lane.

Rockabye

Rockabye
By Shel Silverstein

Rockabye baby, in the treetop.
Don't you know a treetop
Is not safe place to rock?
And who put you up there,
And your cradle too?
Baby, I think someone down here's
G
ot it in for you.

The Cats' Tea Party

                                              The Cats' Tea Party
  By Frederick Weatherly

Five little pussy-cats, invited out to tea,
Cried:  "Mother, let us go- Oh do! for good we'll surely be.
We'll wear our bibs and hold out things as you have shown us how-
Spoons in right paws, cups in left- and make a pretty bow;
Well always say "Yes, if you please,' and only half of that."
"Then go my little darling children," said the happy Mother Cat.

The five little pussy-cats went out that night to tea.
Their heads were smooth and glossy, their tails were swinging free;
They held their things as they had learned, and tried to be polite;-
With snowy bibs beneath their chins they were a pretty sight.

But, alas, for manners beautiful, and coats as soft as silk!
The moment that the little kits were asked to take some milk,
They dropped their spoons, forgot to bow, and - oh, what do you think?
They put their noses in the cups and all began to drink!
Yes, every naughty little kit set up a mew for more,
Then knocked their tea-cups over, and scampered through the door.

Life Celebration

Life Celebration
Joy leap, joy skip, joy dance!
Joy is there in every mind
Joy is everywhere you find.
Joy is there in every stage
Happiness, fury, kindness and rage!
Sounds of joy, sounds of joy
Oh how I love to hear sweet sounds of joy!
