A Teacher

                              A Teacher

      A hand stretched out when you fall,

     An apple shinning bright,

     Life lessons taught from the best of all,

     To a child, a face filled with light,

     What is a Teacher?

     Someone who teaches A-Z,

     Someone who teaches happily,

     A cheerful smile, a laughing grin,

     Always ready with two pencils, and  a pen,

     What is a teacher?

     A friend, a parent to a class of their own,

     An educator, one whose lesson's seeds are well sown,

     Someone who loves 20 children that aren't their own,

     A teacher, A teacher!
