It's All About the Pumpkin

Yes, learning more about
gourds was our mission last week. 

That means team work, as in

weighing, measuring, comparing,

and making several predictions. 
 

Will a pumpkin float?  

Do similar sized gourds
each have about
the same number of seeds?

Can you observe characteristics

common to all pumpkins, or not?
If not....how do they vary? 

We ended the
experiments that day
by roasting, eating, and
enjoying the many, many seeds.
