Saturday Fun

Oh step along so I can play
At the carnival this Saturday.
Hold mamma's hand as you go in
To look for prizes we can win.
The west doors open for us at four
With lots of decorations
And what's more
We can buy supper, the games are free
And all the teachers will smile at me.

Ten & One-Half Inches of Love

"It had been some time since my last hair cut.
Mom and I talked it over and we decided to make a donation to Locks of Love, after
she made me an appointment at a salon."

Ten and one-half inches later,
she said she feels wonderful.

Deer

The deer are waking.
Some are up early to play,
While some rest away.

Collaborating for the Kids!

Thanks to the Lawrenceville High School chapter of Future Farmers of America for
their generous donation of over 35 dozen eggs, to be headed for some happy times!  Featured
above are various members of the L.H.S. FFA.

Yes.....today these members of
The
Lawrenceville Delta Theta Tau
awaited children with "surprises," as
a part of their community Easter egg
hunt with much help from the FFA.

Where else, but at Red Hills State Park?
Can you "spot" one of
our teachers in the group?

Many thanks to the
Delts & FFA members, for
creating  something special
on behalf of local children and families.

Keeping Busy

The tasks of partners in the
"gardening business" are never done.

The fish are biting,

 We're having fun,

 We're celebrating with joy,
Coloring lots of eggs,

 So we're ready for Easter!

And there's always someone
somewhere, who dreams of our smiles.

Flashback

Photograph compliments of The Lawrenceville Daily Record

Yes, that's our Parkside Elementary fourth
grade teacher Mrs. Cara Atteberry.......
scooping  up ice cream from atop her head.

"No Fooling!"

Parkside's recent "Sundae Challenge" was part of a
school wide incentive to motivate children to read.
Pupils who finished as "top 10" readers within each
grade level were surprised with the chance to create
sundaes on the heads of teachers from across the staff.

All in fun, elementary pupils gathered together
in the school gym on Friday March 27th to watch
the process before heading home for spring break.
