city employees, (from left) Chris Roach, Bill Higgins, Mark Griggs,
Grant McDonald and George Wells, worked on pouring a new sidewalk on 12th Street
recently. The workers will continue to finish end of the year items before winter weather
arrives. They've recently completed a large section of sidewalk along Porter Avenue to
Lawrenceville High School. This project enables high school students who walk to
have safe sidewalk access from the Lawrence County courthouse square to LHS.
